The product is fine, but the lid was dented and it didn't have the plastic seal that the jars usually come with on the lid.

I bought 3 bottles, and one of them wasn't properly sealed, so it spilled in the box.

The container arrived empty and covered in oil, the cardboard box was a mess both inside and out.

The oil is from a good brand and has good reviews in other applications. I've only been using it for a few days, so I can't really assess the desired effects yet. One thing I can say against it is that the image shows it as extra virgin, but I received it as virgin oil. I assume there's not much difference between the two, but they should be more rigorous with what they publish and not mislead people. I didn't return it and wanted to give this brand a vote of confidence.
